| The following recipe for the Lemonade Diet is found in your copy of the Master Cleanser Book, pages 16-20. Following is a simplified summary of the instructions, but please read the book for your own information. It is recommended to follow the diet for a minimum of 8 days. Use common sense and follow the diet for as many days as you can take it, without of course exceeding the recommended time. |
How to prepare your Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet
(page 21) It is recommended that you have two or three movements a day.
The Lemonade:
In a 10 oz. glass combine the juice, syrup and cayenne, aprox. 8 oz. Spring or Distilled water (you may use hot or cold water. I personally recommend ice cold water, you may add crushed ice. How much to Drink: 6 to 10 glasses of the lemonade. Six (6) is enough, if you want to lose weight. Suggestion: It is suggested to blend part of the lemon skin and pulp with the lemonade as it acts as a mild laxative, helping with the cleanse. Internal Salt Water Bathing: You may use this method in the morning instead of the Herbal Laxative. Preparation: Prepare a full quart of warm water and add two level teaspoons of un-iodized sea salt. Drink the full quart first thing in the morning. This method will cleanse the entire digestive tract. If you are going out, give yourself at least 2 hours before going out. Teas: You may drink during the day mint/peppermint tea green tea is recommended to help you burn fat, and of course plenty of water. |
