FAQ About Your Order
How fast do you process my order and ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days.

How long until I receive my order?
You will receive your order in 3-5 business days after you receive shipping confirmation depending on
your region. For International orders: 7-12 business days.  We use USPS Priority Mail.

Will I be able to track my order?
YES. Once your order has been shipped by our shipping department, you will receive a "Shipment
Confirmation" email with the tracking number. If you do not receive our confirmation email check your
spam folder.

Can I return my order?
YES. We want you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us. Check our "Contact" page for
our address. Please note, we offer our USA customers free shipping as a courtesy but if a package is
returned we will deduct  our actual shipping expenses.

What if my package does not arrive?
For USA customers: If you do not receive your order within 7 days, email us with your order number
and full name and we will promptly respond.
For International customers: If you have not received your order in within 12 days, email us with your
order number and full name and we will promptly respond.

What if my package arrives but is damaged or incorrect?
Email us and we will correct the problem. Customer satisfaction is important to us!

I made a mistake in my order!
Contact us ASAP as we ship within 1-2 business days. We can make adjustments even if order has
been processed as long as it hasn't been shipped out.
